Grill Cookers
Grilling is the art of cooking over gas or charcoal. Now if you want to be the best grill specialist in town, you’d better get the right set of tools especially if you are a novice.
The most pressing issue you need to consider before buying a grill is the choice of fuel. Consider issues such as what barbeque techniques you prefer to use, how often you want to grill and how much you are willing to spend. Using a charcoal burner can give your grill the smoky charcoal flavor which might be absent in a gas burner.
For a charcoal grill, I recommend the kettle type which gets its name from the oval shaped top and a tripod stand. Also, there are square ones called covered cookers whose only difference with the kettle cookers is the shape. These cookers come with lids and vents which you can cover to give your food that favored smoky aroma. They also come with a variation of sizes so you will be able to choose the exact size you want.
Gas grills on the other hand provide the convenience of having a relatively easy time in starting the furnace. They come in all shapes and sizes and mainly make use of volcanic stones which are heated by burning gas consecutively cooking the food.
Besides the gas and charcoal grills, there also the smoker and the tabletop grill. The smoker makes use of water or another liquid to create smoke and steam to slowly cook the food. The Tabletops on the other hand are portable grills that are light in weight and easy to move around making them ideal for picnics or camp site cookouts.
Take your time in deciding which grill best suits you cooking recipe; finding the ideal grill cooker will be worth the wait. Bon Appétit!
