www.InternetKitchenAppliances.co.uk delivers to mainland UK addresses only. Delivery is free of charge for any item. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days although this is subject to stock and availability. We will contact you as soon as possible to advise of timescales and arrange a suitable delivery time.

We are happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. You’ll have the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket during the checkout process. If for whatever reason you are unable to accept delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to accept delivery on a specified day will incur another delivery charge. With the kind of items we promote, it is very important to follow a few simple steps to make sure you are covered and don't incur any problems

1. Appliance Codes

Upon receipt of goods, immediately check the model codes on the boxes of the items against your receipt.

2. Check Appliance Surface

Once the model codes have been checked, please check for damage immediately. We need to know within 72 hours of delivery if they are dented or scratched. It's rare but when it does happen we want to exchange them as soon as possible.

3. Check appliances work

When the appliances are installed, please check the functions. If there are any faults then we can book a service call in or replace the item. As long as the product is in warranty then we can sort out the problem, so don't worry if it's a little while after delivery before you install them...

If you follow these guidelines then you will reduce the chance of problems and charges. It is the same situation with most kitchen appliance retailers, but we like to make our customers aware of these steps before they order from us!
