By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we provide you with access. From time to time we may modify the conditions of the site so please continue to review the conditions upon returning to the site. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then you may not use this site.

No warranty
Use of the site is at the risk of the user. We take no responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential loss from use of the site and all implied warranties are excluded to the extent permissible under English law. Storing and Sharing Information
We never release your personal details to other companies for marketing purposes. All information gathered is stored on secure servers. When you purchase on-line, payment details will be encrypted. Third party banking and distribution companies handle our credit card transactions and order completion. They receive the information needed to process your order. These parties are under strict obligation as we are, to keep all information private. We may use the information gathered to contact you by email, telephone or post to provide you with details about our products or services. It is intended that by providing information about yourself to us you consent to this practice. Payment
Pricing
Buying - You can pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Switch. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access to your information. All prices quoted on our Web Site include VAT.
Product availability
As many items are ordered direct from the manufacturer, availability cannot be guaranteed. In this instance you will be contacted with the chance to order a similar item or accept a full refund.
Ordering
We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible via e-mail, telephone or post. A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order.
Delivery
Delivery to any mainland UK address is free of charge, except for the Scottish Highlands which will incur an extra charge, to be advised after an order is placed or on request. We will contact you to arrange delivery. All products must be inspected at the time of delivery to check for damages. We must be notified immediately if there are any faults / damage to the goods after you have signed for them in an acceptable condition.
Cancellation and returns
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 working days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them at your cost.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 working days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will also be an additional charge of £20 for administration costs. On receipt of the goods, we will refund any money paid to us within 28 days, less any extra costs, if applicable, for damages or re-packaging.
If you wish to return a product that needs re-packing then we apply a fee that will cover the cost of returning the complete product to it's original condition so we can re-sell as a new item. Please be aware this can be expensive in relation to the cost of the product.
This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Product descriptions
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and descriptions of products that appear on this Web Site. While we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate.
Governing Law
All contracts formed between us for the purchase of items from this Web Site shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
